Favour Ikome is the Founder and Executive Director of Raising a Generation of Esthers Foundation. She was born and raised in Cameroon, a nation in Central Africa. Favour is a woman of inspiring courage and immense leadership. She also serves as board secretary for LEAD Missions International. Favour moved to the United States of America in 2009 with a passion to transform lives by impacting her generation and the ones to follow. While completing her degree in Business Communications at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK, the desire to help underprivileged and undervalued women began to burden her heart. In spite of challenges she's faced, Favour is determined to not let circumstances define the outcome of her life. Taking advantage of ORU's top Whole Person Scholarship award, Favour outstandingly paved the way for her education. Every single day, she sees more to God's promise over her life. Not only would she change the world. She would provide the assistance and platform necessary to support other young women to become world changers. Knowing what it means to struggle and wrestle through life with limitations, Favour’s burden for young women led to the establishment of Raising a Generation of Esthers Foundation. Her passion for influencing her generation paves way for Favour to speak at events designed to encourage, empower and equip young women. Thus giving her the opportunity to teach a women's group at the United Nations Head Quarters. She recently became brand ambassador for SALUD hair and body products by Dr. Rigo, while serving on staff at Every Nation New York City.
